Quality Technical
Services, Inc. (QTS) is a woman-owned, minority, certified SDB,
with headquarters centrally located in Downtown Virginia Beach, VA.
Founded in 1980, this award-winning company initially focused on
management and organizational development consulting. The
rapid advancement of technology over the past 20 years created a
niche industry to support the total change management process, and
this comprehensive facilities support role sparked QTS' evolution
into a full-service project management and facilities firm.
QTS has organized its complete range
of services to support clients from initial programming through
implementation and management, incorporating the key elements of
design, master planning, and strategic consulting. |

QTS' experience has
been gained through successful management and execution of
concurrent, multi-location, multi-site projects of enormous scope

QTS' ability to team with and
manage projects for all of the major national furniture

This allows QTS to act as an "honest broker" when evaluating
various furniture lines for clients
we also have extensive knowledge of these
manufacturers' products.

In addition to our contacts in
the furniture world, QTS also maintains and vets a national
network of installation experts and other subcontractors.
-
The QTS Vice President &
Technical Director, Doreen Fentress, is one of only 50
commercial furniture experts nationwide qualified to evaluate
and judge national and international furniture design for the
annual new product introduction at the NeoCon World's Trade
Fair at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago
the furniture industry's defining
event.
-
QTS is recognized by both Federal
(DoD, NOAA, SBA, IRS, ACOE, others) and commercial (Fortune 100
& 500) clients as a Subject-Matter Expert in managing complex
furniture programs and related services.
-
QTS has managed over 700
projects, covering more than 3 million square feet in office
space in more than 200 cities and in all 50 states. Our
firm is specifically requested to manage projects which are
complex in nature and nationwide in scope. For example,
