• Founded in 1980, Quality Technical Services, Inc. initially focused on management and organizational development consulting.

• QTS has created its own niche industry based on the rapid technological advances made over the past 20 years:  Expertise in the total change management process.

• QTS offers a complete range of services to support clients from initial programming through implementation and management, incorporating the key elements of design, master planning, and strategic consulting.

• QTS is a woman-owned, minority, certified SDB, with headquarters centrally located in Downtown Virginia Beach, VA.
